Belmopan – Starting Friday, April 16, U.S. Embassy Belmopan will be closed to the
public while the self-contained water tanks at the embassy are cleaned in response
to recent water quality concerns on the embassy compound. The current estimate
for the cleaning period is around two weeks. We will continue to keep the public
informed with further updates as they become available.
